The article puts forward a hypothesis about the influence of the size of a condominium (the number of entrances, floors and apartments) on the participation of property owners in general meetings in Russia, based on the results of the study "Dormitory Density and Helping Behavior", conducted by L. Bickman and A. Teger, as well as on the research results "Co-evolution of neocortex size, group size and language in humans", conducted by R. Dunbar.
